After you submit your claim, we thoroughly investigate your case using specialist systems and over 20 years of expertise to develop your bespoke complaint. We then submit it to your bank. If unsuccessful, we'll escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service at no extra cost.

Timescales vary depending on the complexity of your case and your bank's response time. Banks typically have 8 weeks to respond to complaints. If they reject your claim, we can escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service, which may add several months. We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process.

We specialise in romance scams, impersonation scams (fake bank/police calls), investment scams (cryptocurrency, forex, stocks), and invoice/mandate fraud. If your bank failed to protect you or didn't follow proper procedures when processing payments, you may have a valid claim.

We work on a No Win, No Fee basis. If your claim is not successful, you owe us nothing. If your claim is successful, you will pay a fee based on the amount of compensation awarded. Full details are provided in our Terms of Business before you proceed.

Action Fraud is the UK's national fraud reporting centre run by the police. Reporting to them is important for crime statistics and investigations, but they don't help you recover your money. Taylor Blakeley specialises in pursuing compensation claims against banks and financial institutions to help you get your money back. We recommend reporting to Action Fraud and also working with us to recover your funds.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel for free. After 14 days, if you cancel, you will be charged a fee of £50 per hour inc VAT up to a maximum of 10 hours and a minimum of 1 hour, as per section 11 of our Terms of Business.
